Purpose and permitted use
Orvaket is designed for people managing business-to-business invoices for a business they are authorized to represent. Use it only with records you are permitted to handle and in accordance with your contracts and applicable law. It is not designed for consumer debt collection, operating a collection agency, or processing payments.
Do not enter passwords, payment card details, bank account credentials, government identity numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive material in an invoice or note.
Your records and decisions
You choose what to import or enter. The current version stores the workspace in this browser on this device; it has no account system, cloud sync, or application server that receives your imported invoice records. Your organization remains responsible for its customer data, including authority to use it, accuracy, access controls, retention, and any notices or rights requests that apply to it. See Privacy & data storage for the data flow and the web host's role.
An imported CSV is a snapshot. Orvaket does not verify balances, payment status, customer identity, or whether an invoice is legally due. Confirm these facts in your accounting system and recent correspondence before acting.
Messages and collections
The app prepares draft email text for you to review. It does not send messages, contact customers, collect payments, issue legal notices, or act as a collection agent. You decide whether, when, and to whom to send a message. Check the recipient, facts, tone, and any communication rules that apply to your business before sending it. Do not use a draft to make a claim or threat you cannot support.
Backups and device security
Browser storage can be cleared, corrupted, or unavailable. Keep a current JSON backup if the work matters, and protect the browser profile and any files you export. The default live workspace is readable browser data; you may opt in to local workspace encryption with a passphrase. An older readable copy remains until you verify a backup and explicitly remove it. While the encrypted workspace is unlocked, its data is available in that tab. A compromised browser origin or extension may also expose it. You may separately choose a passphrase-encrypted JSON backup. Orvaket does not store or recover either passphrase, and losing it can make encrypted data inaccessible. Readable JSON backups and CSV exports remain unencrypted. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Orvaket is a workflow aid, not accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. It does not replace your accountant, counsel, collection policy, or accounting records. This is a free early-access version; features and availability may change, and no uptime, support response, collection result, or financial outcome is promised.
To the extent applicable law allows, the software and website are provided as available and without warranties. This statement does not limit rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived. The public source code is separately available under its MIT license.
Operator, support, and feedback
Orvaket is operated by Ariel, an individual in Israel. For private support or privacy questions, email arielfaber123@gmail.com. Do not send complete invoice exports, payment-card information, or identity documents by email.
Non-confidential feedback can be shared through the public GitHub issue tracker. Software security vulnerabilities can be reported through GitHub's private vulnerability reporting. Do not post customer names, invoice details, backups, or other private information in public issues.
